National Account Controller - FMCG - Consumer Health & Hygiene - South East

Background:

The Company:

Leading a team of Account Managers and executives, you will have full control on managing the P&L to push forward with key sales to maximise this global company's success. Featuring on the 'World's Most Innovative Places to Work' list published by Forbes, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented National Account Controller to grow and develop. When it comes to customers and key stakeholders, they will look to you and your strategic negotiation skills, to build and sustain significant relationships. Being a global No. 1 in consumer health and hygiene, this is a role for an experienced NAC who is single minded about supplying exceptional business results.

The Role:

Working closely with the National Account Director, together you will develop exciting strategies on how to shape the business whilst keeping a keen eye on capitalising volume, profit and ensuring customer satisfaction. With the superb opportunity to train those around you, some of the key features of this role include:

-Lead, the expansion and implementation of the annual business plan, ensuring exceptional execution.
-Evaluate sales results monthly and put in place motivating action steps to deliver the targets
-Build strategy on how to shape the business with key customers whilst managing significant stakeholder relationships.
-Attain Net Revenue and Net Working Capital goals for the company portfolio.

An ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

-Educated to degree level
-Experience in other high profile roles, with proven involvement of influencing senior management level.
-Strong leadership skills, a charismatic style and encouraging coaching skills.
-Currently be working at Senior Sales / National Account Controller level, within Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance would be advantageous.
