My client is looking for Key Account Manager to join their commercial HQ sales structure focusing on Grocery. This is a rare opportunity to join a globally recognizable brand with a unique standing in the UK market.

My client is a Far Eastern Manufacturer of a nostalgic brand, that has been trading in the UK for over 30 years. They have a strong footprint with all key retailers/ grocers and etailers, which has been lead by their developed commercial structure.

The business has a work hard play hard mentality, with a strong meritocratic progression/ reward systems in place. They have a track record of developing individuals from either the FMCG or Consumer industries, as long as you have a good understanding and willing to learn how to manage Buyers for UK Retailers.

If you are frustrated with the lack of creativity, decision making and ambition within your business you will not be disappointed with this opportunity.



Description

The role of the Key Account Manager will be too be integrated within the Grocery team helping out with the execution on the Tesco and Asda Account. You will be P&l and JBP responsible for 2/3 other UK retailers accounts. This is a first step into National Accounts for someone that is a NAE currently.



Profile

Candidate applying for this role will need to be based near Slough to be able to get into HQ daily, you will also have a track record of developing account spend and Performance for a Branded FMCG or Consumer business. Applicants will need to have a strong understanding of the following areas:

- Excell and Powerpoint

- Creative thinking

- Degree Educated

- Analytical capability.

Job Offer

£35-40k Base - Car, 20% Bonus + Package details.
