Summary
We are looking for a proficient Brand Ambassador Manager to support and oversee a key team within the business who support a growing team of field based brand ambassadors promoting the Shark and Ninja brands and products throughout the UK.

This position requires self- motivation, energy, determination and customer focused individual, need to be cross functional with the UK sales team.

Please note: Some weekend work will be required when covering Lead Brand Ambassadors 

Roles and Areas of Responsibility:

  • End to end administration process, able to implement and manage change to facilitate growth
  • Responsible for processes and quality, ensuring they align with company guidelines
  • Report KPIs and provide performance reviews
  • Ownership of cost control
  • Working within budget parameters
  • Ownership of Sales record keeping systems
  • Daily/weekly interaction with Lead Brand Ambassadors to obtain information necessary for follow up on sales orders, shipments monitoring and coordinating store stock
  • Manage stocks
  • Set team targets and objectives to ensure effective output from the department?
  • Nurture and grow a sales database from the information provided  from the Lead Brand  Ambassadors
  • Measure teams performance
  • Plan and prepare effective presentations and proposals if require for senior management meetings
  • Participate and contribute effectively to team meetings

Education and Experience

  • 2 years management experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience  within a sales /FMCG/retail environment
  • Creating and updating a database
  • Commercial aware
