Plant Buyer

I am looking for an experience Plant Buyer to lead procurement of live horticulture at an established non Brick and Mortar Retailer.
We are currently working for an exciting retailer who has a national presence through both its ecommerce and alternative channel retailing. They cover multiple categories and brands but are seeking someone to strengthen their horticultural offering. There is room for progression to different categories and internal promotion.



The Role



You will be responsible for creating and procuring an attractive seasonal range of products that can provide sell online and survive a non traditional retail process.
Industry knowledge and an innovative thought process will be important for the plant buyer as you work with established suppliers on creating new projects and bring new suppliers on board.

The Candidate


I am seeking a driven and enthusiastic buyer who is passionate about horticulture. As a plant buyer you will have a track record of success in the industry preferably in a multi site retailer.
You will have exceptional finance skills and excellent IT knowledge.
Horticultural knowledge is a must you will be the product expert for the business!
