Job Details
Following an internal move, an exciting opportunity has arisen within one of the most desirable consumer brands.
The role encompasses up to 70% International travel across the EMEA regions, hence candidates need to be mobile. When in the UK, you will be based from their South East head office, where you will manage, support and develop a team of 5.
In essence, you will be autonomous for driving profitable and strategic growth across different markets. You will also be accountable for areas of eCommerce and CRM, whilst driving internal relationships across various functions.
The position is very high profile internally, offering lots of exposure to senior stakeholders and as such provides the ideal platform for future progression across the group both in the UK and Internationally.
This would be an ideal move for existing Account Controllers or Directors, working in FMCG and seeking a new challenge, with exposure to International markets and looking at a different side of trading and away from the norm of traditional JBP negotiations.
Candidates must possess gravitas and presence, and demonstrate a progressive and successful career to date within a branded consumer / retail environment. Excellent negotiation, relationship building and leadership skills are essential, as is possessing strong commercial breadth and a true understanding of the retail space.
A background in beauty / personal care would be an advantage.
