The Role: Based from home in the West Midlands, as a Regional Sales Manager you will be managing a team of ten sales people who sell into the grocery channel; your role involves JBPs, driving sales and product visibility as well as recruiting, developing and training your team on a daily basis. Full company and product training will be provided to the successful Regional Sales Manager and ongoing sales career prospects are excellent.
The Company: Our client is a household name and one of the largest confectionery companies globally, with a product range that encompasses well-recognised branded confectionery goods. With exciting double digit growth plans over the next four years, they turnover in excess of £6000 million and now seek a new Regional Sales Manager to fulfil a new role for them.
For this Regional Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Strong field sales skills
• You will have worked as a Sales Manager within the FMCG sector
• Any experience in retail management is also useful
• Driven and polished candidates who are used to selling a luxury brand are sought
