National Account Manager (Amazon) – Pet Products

£50-55,000 Basic, Bonus, Car Allowance + Benefits (Excellent Pension Scheme)

Our Client is an expanding producer of Pet products.

A Vacancy has arisen for a National Account Manager to manage and develop the Amazon account.

The most important attribute is exposure to the Amazon account. This should be current, or very recent, and candidates need to fully understand the “ Vendor Central ” system, plus all the other tools that they’ll need to maximise sales via this account. They’ll also need to be fully familiar with the day to day workings of workings of Amazon ( i.e. new line forms, uploading images / product details etc ). The deeper a candidates’ experience / knowledge of Amazon the better.

In addition to running the Amazon account, the job holder may also pick up various other online accounts, but the main thrust of the job will be to look after Amazon.

Our Client might consider candidates without Amazon exposure if they had worked closely with the top four grocery multiples on their online sales platforms but this would definitely be second best.

The role is home based but candidates will need to be in the office (Yorkshire) for about one day per month ( for the sales meeting ), preferred living location would be anywhere between North Yorkshire and the M4 corridor – pretty much any point east or west

Our Client will consider either Branded or own label candidates but they have a strong preference for Branded people.

Candidates can come from any category, either food or non-food.

Remuneration – circa £50k basic. Our Client may stretch to £55k at a push. Bonus, Car allowance, excellent pension scheme
