Full Time, Permanent roles 
Working: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £17,000 per annum + up to 50% bonus opportunity + Company car + Frequent incentives

Business Development Executives:
Role 1: Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend, Llanelli (Impulse)
Role 2: Edinburgh, Fife, Falkirk (Impulse)
Role 3: North London – Potters Bar, Watford, Hammersmith, Harrow, Camden Town (Impulse)
Role 4: Eastbourne, Brighton, Portsmouth (Impulse)
Role 5: Exeter, Devon, Somerset (Impulse)
Role 6: Swindon, Bristol, Cheltenham (Grocery)
Role 7: Weymouth, Bournemouth, Southampton, Salisbury (Impulse)
Role 8: Birmingham, Worcester, Coventry (Grocery)

You will be working for REL Field Marketing on our Molson Coors team.

You will be responsible for:
•Developing excellent in-store relationships with key decision makers in either the grocery multiples (Tesco, Morrison’s, Asda and Sainsbury’s) or impulse (convenience and independent stores) within your territory
•Working alongside these key decision makers to maximise brand awareness and communicate new ideas or product opportunities.
•Selling in new products and introduce all promotions
•Increasing sales by obtaining additional displays, increasing the visibility and availability of the product and ensuring stock levels are maintained 
•Reporting Daily

You will have:
•Held a full UK (or European) driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
•Numeracy skills and the ability to analyse complex sales and performance reports 
•A passion for completing all tasks to the highest standard and be driven by results
•Very strong relationship building skills and pride yourself in your ability to deliver excellent customer service
•The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload
•Adaptability and a positive attitude to change
