What the job entails.
As the successful Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leading and delivering the end to end marketing execution plan. You will be expected to define and deploy brand assets across all relevant customer touch points. As the Marketing Manager you will take full ownership of creating above the line and below the line budget for the business. This role combines elements of social media / ecommerce and category and therefore requires strong leadership. This role also has the responsibility of leading one direct report in the team so desire to man manage is also essential.

This is a very autonomous role which provides the opportunity to develop your career across products, with genuine progression on offer to lead change in a evolving business.

The successful Marketing Manager will have:

    • Current experience in one of the following roles including: Marketing Manager, Junior Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive or equivalent.
    • Experience within an FMCG brand or own label business.
    • A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach
    • Strong commercial acumen including experience of managing a P&L and in-depth understanding of the factors that influence it
    • Preferably be degree educated or equivalent
    • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

Our client is looking to pay between £35,000 - £40,000 plus company benefits
