Marketing Manager Retail - my client is looking for someone rather special to drive the marketing strategy for their UK retail business.  This amazing home grown British beauty brand is experiencing an exciting time of expansion and continued evolution.  It’s a wonderful time to join the team and become a key individual in the business!

Based at head office in central London, working closely with internal teams and  Head of Retail Operations  you’ll skilfully adapt the global strategy and marketing calendar making it relevant for the UK retail operation.

Key areas of focus:

• Channel Marketing, resulting in sales growth & increased customer retention
• Budget Management, forecast and P&L to maximise on ROI
• Relationship Management
• Digital & CRM
• Visual Merchandising, brand guardian in store

The ideal person for this challenging but rewarding role will be educated to degree level/equivalent, preferably Marketing or Business and bring with them experience  of working within a Beauty/Cosmetics/Bath & Body/Skincare brand  in a retail, brand or trade marketing role.  

In-depth knowledge of the UK department store trade is essential, along with strong stakeholder management experience oh yes and did we say heaps of creative flair?
