As a National Account Manager, you will report directly to the UK Sales Director and your main, but not exclusive focus will be on new business development.  You will be expected to utilise your contacts from within the industry to open doors with customers appropriate to our product range including department stores, key multiples and garden centre groups and work closely with existing customers to drive mutually beneficial sales and margins.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be a driven and ambitious individual and have experience of our industry (or a complementary industry) at Key or National Account level.   You will ideally be performing a similar role at present and looking for the next step in your career and can offer experience of customers relevant to our existing and desired customer base. 

You must have a likeable personality and be accomplished at building relationships both with customers and internally throughout the business.  Exceptional communication skills are essential and you must demonstrate the desire to over achieve at every opportunity. You will be required to visit our head office in Carlisle regularly and will therefore be based in either the North West, North East or Scotland.
