Ludlow Food Centre is an ambitious, entrepreneurial, multi award winning speciality food retail, food production, restaurant and hospitality business with an innovative model and exciting potential for development.

Winners of Farm Shop & Deli Show Best Food Hall award 2014 and Butcher of the Year 2015, and consistently highly recognised for their dairy produce, condiments and a multitude of other goods, Ludlow Food Centre have earned a reputation for delivering the highest quality speciality fine food, with a passion for locally sourced produce. 50% of the food retailed in the spacious food hall is produced on the premises, and 80% is sourced locally within Shropshire and the surrounding countries. As part of the Earl of Plymouth’s Oakly Park Estate Ludlow Food Centre enjoys a stunning setting within the heart of Shropshire, and along with the spacious food hall and surrounding kitchen units, also comprises an integral conference centre, Ludlow Kitchen; a 160 seater café, The Clive Hotel and Restaurant, and Ludlow Pantry; a satellite delicatessen and café in the centre of Ludlow.

Ludlow Food Centre now seek an exceptional dynamic and hands-on Managing Director with the commercial acumen and strategic vision to direct all aspects of the business through its next stage of growth, developing the existing enterprises in order to unlock the full potential of a compelling and unique retail destination with Ludlow Food Centre at its heart.

A passion for the highest levels of food quality and service delivery as well as a track record of relevant achievement, preferably from within the food manufacturing or food retail sector, will be essential.

Experience of multi-faceted retail operations, successfully building a brand and sales development within the luxury and premium products market would all be of clear advantage.
