Job Details
As part of their growth, the business has identified and created a new role for an experienced data insights professional familiar to the FMCG Retail industry with experience using Kantar, Nielsen and Dunnhumby. The role will leverage market, company and competitor insight, to drive effective and informed decision making across the business. Working closely with the Insights business unit, you will utilise all collated data and insight to identify key opportunities for brands and categories which will ultimately contribute directly to business growth.
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- Significant Consumer Insights experience gained within a FMCG organisation.
- Experience of applying a wide range of continuous data sources, and evidence of making actionable recommendations that have created change
- Ability to fluently utilise software tools for data analysis - Nielsen Scan, Kantar Panel etc - and a corresponding strength in Excel data manipulation.
- Effective communicator who can articulate clearly and succinctly at all levels across the business
- Able to influence internal and external senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness & an understanding of levers to drive revenue
- Degree educated
