Job Details
The Company: A consortium for Builders Merchants, the fastest growing Merchant Buying Group, allowing its members increased buying power, increased margins through supply chain management and competitive advantage in an ever changing market.
Job Description: Fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales / Account Management professional to join this growing organisation. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the member base, identifying sales opportunities and aiding the external sales strategy to achieve the group’s financial targets, maintaining the necessary contact with the key customers and builder’s merchants, and producing reporting information as required.
The Person: This role would suit someone who already has at least 2 years of experience of field sales or account management, essentially within the construction industry, preferably within a building products organisation. You will be adept at sales and growing business as well as an excellent relationship builder who can grow and maintain the customer base. You will be able to work unsupervised out on the road conducting visits and work on your own initiative managing your own diary.
The Benefits: For this role there is a package of between £20,000 and £25,000 (dependent on experience) + company performance related bonus + company car + fuel card + laptop + phone + 28 days holiday
