Role
A global leading FMCG business based on the M4 corridor is now seeking a highly motivated and strategic Regional Sales Manager. The role is home based where you will be responsible for the London and South West region managing a team of 12.
Key Accountability
This role will report directly into the National Field Sales Director. You will be responsible for increasing the growth and profitability of the business, leading the team through strategic planning and development.
Team management and effeteness is key, which you will manage through reporting systems throughout the year. You will also be required to manage key internal stakeholders, ensuring that the field sales teams are getting the maximum support and exposure to the wider business.
