Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a National Account Manager within a division of nationally recognised food group that is steeped in history and retains its traditional family values.

The Business

This division of a nationally recognised food group are currently seeking a National Account Manager full of entrprenurial and creative flair who is capable of steering their existing relationship with M&S to new heights. Seeking people who will fit seamlessly into its close-knit, team focused culture, it is imperative that the correct candidate is able to embrace the businesses core values throughout.

The Role

Now seeking a National Account Manager, this role requires an individual capable of taking responsibility for the business' M&S account, the major account for the business. Given the nature of the product base and the retailer this account will be driven through a combination of collaboration and NPD in an environment where there are no restrictions placed on your creativity.

The Individual

Our client requires an individual who has had exposure to National Account Management within the FMCG sector, operating on one or more of the grocery multiples. Experience of operating in premium retail/premium products would be an advantage but not essential. Both ambitious and driven, the chosen candidate will reflect a profound ability to transition into a fast-paced environment. Utilising your excellent communication skills, you will be confident of working closely with large customers to agree on strategic solutions which benefit both businesses.
