Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a National Account Manager within a North West based branded food business.
The Business
Operating as one of the most established branded players in the North West region, this business focuses on the manufacture and distribution of a variety of food products to the UK retail sector. Having established themselves in recent years to become the number 1 brand in category, the business is now embarking on a new phase of growth in-line with its overall strategic direction.
The Role
To do so, our client now seeks to add immediately to its commercial team in an effort to expand out to new customer sectors. Coming into the business as a National Account Manager, you be responsible for, firstly, taking total control of existing customers within the Convenience, Impulse & Wholesale channels; and secondly pro-actively chasing new commercial business opportunities and relationships.
The Individual
In this instance, the chosen candidate must demonstrate experience of previous FMCG National Account Management, preferably within Food. You must be able to demonstrate strong experience within the aforementioned sectors and a proven track record of growing profitable success with these customers. An ability to ‘hit the ground running’ from day one will be essential to success.
