Home based: London/South East/Home Counties
Up to £50,000 + £5k car allowance + 35% bonus + benefits

We are a boutique top end housewares business specialising in the production of premium products. The focus is on indulgence, but it is also innovative, green and versatile. Above all else, the range is ‘delicious’ and has a signature name that is incredibly unique and best in class in its category.
Due to the success of the business to date which has seen headcount double in the last two years, we want a National Account Executive or Regional Account Manager, looking for this first foray into National Accounts working with customers such as House of Fraser, Amazon, Waitrose and Selfridges, with the longer term goal of taking over John Lewis.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will help develop the business plan and sales strategy. You will then be responsible for the delivery of this plan. As this is a predominantly department store head office account management role, your major KPI will be to grow sales by developing relationships cross functionally, managing the promotional spend and developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy.
Ideal candidates will have an FMCG background that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of modern account management. An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential. You will be an action orientated, self-starting and passionate individual with a proven ability to unlock accounts and make things happen. Department store experience is not important, it is your account management and development skills we want.
