The Role of Account Manager: Following a comprehensive training programme you will be given a sales territory to run working to daily targets.

Selling a range of professional haircare products you will need to be highly confident and outgoing to succeed in this role.

Your success will be measured by your ability to develop partnerships with your clients in order to grow their business and in turn grow that of Wella's.

The Company: Wella is a world leading provider of professional hair care products and is well known for its development and training programme. They are looking for an experienced sales person who has the skills and commercial drive to succeed in this forward thinking company.

Responsibilities for the Account Manager role will include:

• Demonstrating products to and training salon staff
• Managing a field sales territory
• Developing your clients business end to end

For this Account Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Experience in sales from any background
• Target driven
• Passionate about haircare

The Package for this Account Manager role:

• Up to £28,000 basic salary (dependant on experience)
• Company car and phone
• Target based bonus paying up to £24,000 on top of base

There are 2 Account Manager position available. Both are field based role which means travel covering the Huntingdon area for one role and Northampton for the other.
