Job Details

Field Sales Solutions provides retail solutions to some of the biggest names in the Grocery sector. Among them Ferrero UK – a household name boasting such much-loved brands as Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno, Kinder Surprise and of course Ferrero Rocher.  This is a unique role focused squarely on the Cash & Carry sector.

It involves executing both a visibility strategy and practical merchandising plans in order to drive sales. A key area of focus will be stock management – working with the cash and carry depot buyer to ensure that not only are all product lines available at all times, but POS, rotation and on and off-shelf opportunities are fully optimised. You’ll also support trade day deals and ad hoc special promotions.

You’ll formulate daily call plans and will surely relish the autonomous “feel” of the role, you’ll benefit from expert internal support and be in your element building fruitful relationships between Ferrero and its customers.

A track record in a similar role would be great – though we can teach you the nuts and bolts of the role. But it’s the key personal skills - commercial acumen, tenacity, an organised approach and instant rapport with people – that will really set you apart. Working for a name as renowned as Ferrero will be a real feather in your cap. However refining your skills and professional reputation in this relatively niche sector is likely to provide no less of a buzz.

A full driving licence is essential.
