Account Manager – B2B – Food Ingredients

 Our client is a dynamic, professional and rapidly growing Food ingredients business, passionate about product quality and customer service

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role involves the sales development of an exciting range of food ingredients in new and existing B2B customer accounts along with the day to day account management of all assigned accounts.

Candidate Attributes

Candidates should be commercially astute, be able to adopt a strong work ethic, well-educated and have skills to fully engage with customers. The role will be office-based in Shropshire.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES  

•           Experience in B2B sales, preferably to food manufacturers.

 

•           Good computer skills to Intermediate level in MS Office (all packages).

•           Excellent presentations skills.

•           The ability to converse at all levels.

•           The ability to work on their own initiative and demonstrate good prioritisation skills.

•           Excellent people, time management, planning and organisational skills.

•           Full driving licence

•           Enjoy working in a team environment.

•           Be prepared to take part in any skills or personal developmental training as required.

DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES

•           2-3 years’ experience in the food industry.

•           Bubbly and approachable personality
