Our client is a foodservice wholesale distribution business who have doubled their turnover in the past 3 years whilst maintaining profit margins. This role is being recruited due to the ongoing success of the business and growth of their sales team.
The Role
• This role is fully accountable for the management of a foodservice sales team of 6 people.
• There is significant existing business to manage and develop as well as lots of opportunity to grow the business.
• Setting stretching targets and motivating the team towards them.
• Developing people, coaching and mentoring.
The Candidate
• The successful candidate will have experience in man management of a foodservice focused sales team
• Wholesale experience would be a significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a standalone role and manage their own diary.
• A strong ability to build and maintain relationships at a senior level
Must Haves:
• Live in the north west of England
• Have man management of foodservice sales people
