Export Sales Executive – Homeware

Up to. £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits

As one of the UK’s leading names in the homewares industry, our client is a multi-branded manufacturer of premium design led products for the home. These iconic British brands can be found across the globe thanks to our client’s outstanding and award winning success in export, whilst UK sales also continue to thrive. Having recently achieved record sales figures aligned with a substantial increase in profitability, the business is performing exceptionally well despite the tough economic climate. In order to continue their rapid growth our client is looking at a number of exciting initiatives and has some fantastic new product ideas. As a result the business is now looking to expand its sales team through the recruitment of an additional member to the export sales team.

As Export Sales Executive you will take responsibility for both Western and Eastern Europe. You will inherit a well-established customer base which consists of both Distributors and Agents covering most of Europe. Substantial multi-million pound sales are currently being generated from the region; although our client has further ambition and is confident turnover for the area could more than double over time. As a result this position provides an exciting and achievable challenge where you will benefit from a fantastic core range of products but you will also have an input into bespoke product development. You will become a vital component of a successful and established export team and through your success there is certainly scope to further progress your career in this market leading business

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must be a presentable, dynamic and intelligent export sales professional who has a proven background within non-food consumer goods. Homewares experience would be a plus but is not essential. Ideally you will be experienced in working with branded products and have the energy and drive to really grow sales. A proven track record in export sales is critical, ideally within the European market. Whilst European language skills would be beneficial, this is not essential.
