Wines and Spirits Development Manager – Independent On Premise (North/North East Region)

Aligned to the HORECAL trading strategy you will be responsible for winning new customers of sufficient size and scale which in turn will help deliver the commercial objectives of the channel.  You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term sustainable win-win relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional responsibility for winning new business within the Independent On Premise channel.
  • Total accountability for achieving commercial targets.
  • Develop the skills and capability of sales colleagues through training, development and coaching
  • Responsible for nurturing the customer relationship and helping them develop their wines and spirits business

Required Experience/Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate a strong experience of new business development and developing great customer relationships 

In addition to the above we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skill and experience:

  • Demonstrating a consultative -led approach to sales and new business development.
  • A very competent wines and spirits knowledge base (including WSET Higher Accreditation as a minimum)
  • Strong commercial awareness, ability to innovate and find areas of value for both the customer and Molson Coors.
