Due to an exciting partnership with RB, ShopSmart Agency are recruiting for a team who will be working with major UK multiple retailers, driving sales across a variety of categories.

Within the team there is an opportunity for a Regional Manager responsible for a team of up to 9 Retail Advisors within a defined geographical area.

Salary: £25k - £27k, 10% bonus plus company car, private health care and contributory pension scheme

Location:  South East UK including London

The Role 

• To professionally manage, direct and motivate a team of Grocery Retail Advisors 
• To successfully achieve team and individual targets/KPI’s 
• To enforce all agreed field performance standards, procedures and company policies throughout the field team.
• To ensure that the Retail Advisors professionally carry out the key functions and tasks as described in their job description
• To work in conjunction with team to provide strategic direction to the account adding value and driving commercial development initiatives

The Person we are looking for 

• A Game Changer!
• FMCG sales or account management experience 
• Understanding of in-store processes within the grocery sector 
• Ability to plan and organise own workload
• An excellent communicator at all levels – client, team and peers
• IT literate with strong numeracy skills
