Category Insight Manager

Working within one of the world's largest Health, Wellness & Nutrition business, employing over 7000 employees in the UK alone. They have established themselves as one of the largest cereal manufacturers in the UK, making many well-loved brands with a long heritage,

They are looking for an experienced Category Insights Manager who will focus on championing what is best for the Category and ultimately delivering growth for their customers.

The Key Responsibilities for this role are:
*Designing and executing the annual insight plan,
*Demonstrating category thought leadership and highlighting short term and long term growth opportunities
*Proactively manage customer Range Reviews, merchandising changes, store trials and adhoc projects providing fact based recommendations and solutions and ensuring all key customer deadlines are met.
*Contribute to the annual category planning process to clearly drive the strategic direction for your key customers and ensure the category growth agenda is always top of mind.

To be successful you will:
*Be graduate or of graduate calibre
*Have Category Insights experience in a blue chip, FMCG business (or similar).
*Have a proven track record in being a data expert
*Have experience using data sources including TNS/IRI/IGD/DH/LMG/Him to generate insight and champion data usage across the business
