Salary - £40,000 - £45,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Manager to join a food manufacturing business who supply premium quality products to the retailers.

In this Procurement Manager role you will be responsible for

* For all sourcing and procurement of products supplied for the site
* Manage day to day relationship with strategic supply partners.
* Responsible for price negotiations and price structures with suppliers.
* For all customer programmes will be advising on planning and sourcing with Commercial and Technical over view.
* Working closely with Commercial and Technical to advise opportunities and issues.
* Close working relationship with the Sourcing team.
* KPI's and reports to the business detailing service level, profit and loss, wastage cost, outstanding claims etc

As the ideal candidate you will be able to hit the ground running, therefore you will already have experience at a Procurement Manager level and within the food manufacturing sector. You will be an excellent communicator with an outgoing, dynamic and enthusiastic personality.
