Catman Jobs are currently recruiting a Category Analyst for a branded FMCG business in Yorkshire.
The Business
Our client is a Category leader across major UK multiples and has been creating high quality foods for over 100 years. They truly believe in the quality of their product and this ethos has been running through the business since they were founded.
The Role
You will be working internally to support and analyse both marketing and sales data. As a Category Analyst you will provide the necessary numbers to keep the commercial machine well-oiled. Manipulating and analysing data that will form the backbone to the reports and contributions you make on sales performance and growth. You will also be required to put this data into presentation form which could be used to present at board level.
The Person
As a Category Analyst, you will be experienced in analysis and interpretation of market research data, have strong numerical analytical ability and have advanced user knowledge of Excel and database queries and methods.
