An exciting New Business Sales Executive opportunity selling into food manufacturing and/or in-flight catering market sectors.

This role will be selling an exciting new offering into either food manufacturing and/or in-flight catering market sectors. As a New Business Sales Executive you will be based from home in the UK and supported both by the marketing team to identify and evaluate new target customers, as well as local partners who will be responsible for the implementation of the solution and heavily engaged in the sales process. You will be required to generate new business through sales planning, forecasting and industry experience, whilst continuing to develop sales revenue plans in line with budget.

As a successful New Business Sales Executive you will have established commercial skills including;
  • Working knowledge of the food manufacturing and/or airline catering sectors
  • Self-motivated and confident with generating sales opportunities
  • Lead generation
  • Sales planning and client delivery management
  • Budgetary targets
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Commercial negotiation
  • Customer relationship development


Also the ideal candidate will have conversational foreign languages and experience of working across international territories - although this is not a pre-requisite it is important that you are prepared to sell across European markets and travel when required.

My client is a new start-up business with European Headquarters and a new UK office, based in the Midlands. The business has already established itself with a number of key wins with major food production and contract catering clients, and is now looking to grow and expand on the success. This role is a key appointment and as the first New Business Sales Executive based in the UK there is a real opportunity to develop and grow very quickly and expand the remit for the role in a short period of time.
