A producer of healthy snacks requires an enthusiastic individual to join their expanding National Sales and Accounts division. The business is experiencing continued success across the UK and this role would suit an individual that would be excited by the opportunity of developing their relationships further.

Your Role

Upon joining the business, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and National Accounts to develop understanding of the marketplace and their full product range. They will help you to understand your territory and devise a growth strategy that together you will implement over a 6 - 12 month period.

With support from your colleagues, your primary objective will be to take on a number of the businesses key accounts across the London area. Each account has established contacts in place and it will be your responsibility to visit each business to strengthen the relationships. This will include helping your customers to display product ranges optimally, updating on New Product Development, and introducing upcoming promotions.

You will also be tasked with developing new business across your territory. This will involve arranging face to face meetings with potential customers to introduce your brand / products and attending network events / conferences to represent the company.

What they are looking for?

To interview for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months' experience working in a Sales / Account Management position within the FMCG field. Ideally your experience will be from the Food and Drink industry, however, this is not essential as broader FMCG experience will also be considered.

Degree calibre candidates will be preferred. As you will be expected to work from their offices when not at meetings, you must live within a commutable distance of Central London.
