Job Details

An internationally renowned, award-winning food retail brand is looking to hire a Regional Marketing Manager to lead its MENA marketing strategy.

Our client is an award-winning, instantly recognisable food brand that aims to be the leading food retail outlet of its kind across the MENA region, with the aspiration to be its customers preferred choice in every country of operation.

As Regional Marketing Manager you will drive the design and delivery of the marketing strategy across all areas of operation in the Middle East and North Africa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing the regions marketing calendar
  • Developing local campaigns to support Global campaigns
  • Taking ownership of understanding the brand within the MENA region
  • Supporting development and implementation of new food and beverage ranges
  • Input and development of international marketing strategy
  • The budget

 


Extensive travel will be essential in this exciting role. Also crucial to this role is a sense of ownership and an ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different sectors of the business to improve and grow.

Required skill set:

 

  • A graduate level education, or equivalent, within business or marketing; a Master's or equivalent would be favourable
  • Extensive marketing experience within a branded organisation
  • A strong track record of working at a global level, ideally within food retail
  • An influential communicator, with strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive and self-managed
  • Collaborative working values, a good team player
  • Experience managing and developing content for social media channels
  • Significant track record in managing creative agencies
  • Experience managing strategic products with a sales focus
