AAK’s products are growing increasingly advanced and specialised, and our markets are evolving both nationally and globally. As a result, our demand for well-educated, innovative, skilled and committed employees continues to rise.

Our goal is to become one of the world’s leading manufacturers of vegetable oil ingredients and that requires a successful marketing strategy, efficient production operations and exceptional people.

We are actively looking to further strengthen our Commercial function within our Foodservice Division. This is part of an on-going restructure aligned to the maximising of opportunities within two key areas:

1. Wholesale - Bakery & Independent groups/Cash & Carry’s

2. FS Operators (i.e. Pub, Restaurant, School, Travel, Leisure and Contract Catering sectors)

This has led to the need to recruit a National Account Manager (Wholesale) and National Account Executive (Foodservice) to further support the continued growth of these customer areas. Both candidates need to possess a working knowledge of these particular customer sectors.

The National Account Manager will ideally have an acknowledged personal brand, coupled with a firm knowledge of the Bakery and independent wholesale market and Cash & Carry sector. They will further develop relationships with the leading Wholesalers and Cash & Carry groups and a broad list of similar customers within this customer stream.

Obviously the National Account Executive will be slightly less experienced but ideally from an aligned customer base with a good understanding of the sector and a working knowledge of at least 12 months from within Foodservice in a commercial role. Knowledge of Pub, School, Travel, Leisure and Contract Catering sectors would be seen positively and an ability to work in a culinary/innovative way with the key FS operators.
