Introduction: My South West based client is a well known branded and private label FMCG giant who are looking to recruit a National Account Manager dedicated to a particular business area, with exposure and responsibility for various accounts within the Wholesale/Symbol group arena. Due to expansion this role has become available and as such are looking for an ambitious, resilient individual who is excited about career development!
The Company: Based in the South West, my FMCG client is a well known and established force in the market with strong brands and an exciting offering. Operating across multiple categories, my client offers a huge amount of career development opportunity, flexibility and an autonomous working environment.
The Role: As National Account Manager you will operate across a number of brands with responsibility to the businesses’ main wholesale/symbol group arena. You will be responsible for developing the market by delivering sales plans and delivery needs within the customers. You will also:
- Be accountable for customer performance, ensuring JBP is a working document
- Hold expert knowledge of your customer base
- Work closely with the field sales team to deliver world class service
- Work cross functionally and collaboratively
The Candidate: Successful candidates will already be operating in a national accounts position within the Wholesale/ Symbol Group arena. This will suit a seasoned professional who is looking for a new challenge which will allow you to make an impact on a business which is currently undergoing a substantial amount of change, or an individual who understands the sector and looking for a step up and the opportunity to develop in an autonomous working environment. You will hold classical account management skills and already operating in the FMCG or Consumer Goods arena, with inherent sales skills and passion to deliver and grow!
