Project Marketing Manager

My client is a growing food manufacturer who are an ongoing success story and as part of their ongoing expansion they are looking for someone with strong project management and marketing skills to join their international team.

The Role:

•    To drive commercialisation of new business development opportunities through improved cross functional coordination, particularly with NPD, Technical, Group Innovation, Demand Planning and Marketing functions
•    To be the principal coordination point for Contract Brand and Retailer Own Label new product launches, actively managing the customer contact points with the NPD critical path including the resolution of commercial and marketing issues 
•    To improve the overall planning, coordination, tracking and reporting of new business development activities within the International team. This will also involve working with the ISD, SBDM and BDM to evaluate new market/ product opportunities prior to engagement with customers

Person Requirements:

•    A proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects, from either a product or marketing capacity.
•    Relevant experience of working within retail or manufacturing industry.
•    Able to establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
•    Experience of managing product costs & departmental budgets.
•    The ability to work within a cross-functional team, a good communicator with experience of building good working relationships across a business.
