This new and exciting role will support the new business function within Spa and Salon.   Never two days the same, you’ll be responsible for driving a variety of campaigns to ensure sales targets and overall brand strategy are met.

The Role

If you a ‘completer-finisher ‘ who possesses strong project management skills and experience this fantastically varied role could be just what you’re looking for.

Key activities include:

• New Business Marketing – working closely with the S&M Manger to maximise the brand presence at UK national and regional trade shows. database management; help develop the new business strategy & yearly activation plan; competitor analysis;
• Digital and CRM – create New Business trigger campaigns, develop lead generation campaigns, collaborate on digital campaigns;
• Spa support – work closely with the PR team to maximise on opportunities for the Spa business; Activate yearly marketing plan; Oversee POS and marketing assets to support new business; evaluate campaigns providing clear RIO.

The Person

In addition to the skills above, it’s essential to bring proven experience of brand marketing or perhaps sales.  A business graduate Marketing or Business orientated, with beauty experience (ideally the Spa & Salon channel).  Strong business relationship management skills as well as strong commercial acumen with experience of determining ROI.
