The Business

Our client is a leading UK food retailer with a strong reputation in food innovation.

The Role

They are looking to appoint a Supplier Collaboration Coach as part of the Value Optimisation team to facilitate and manage workshops to identify and implement cost out opportunities within the food supplier base.

The Person

With a background in FMCG manufacturing, you will have a strong understanding of supply chain complexity and be able to recognise more cost effective ways of working. You will have strong leadership skills and the ability to engage and motivate at all levels within an organisation from factory floor to Director.

An organised individual, you will hold excellent project management skills and have full understanding of end to end supply chains. Using your commercial acumen to manage and engage the supply base, you will drive improvement into the business.

Based at Head Office, you will be expected to travel to support and lead the workshop rollouts. This is an exciting and career enhancing opportunity with great scope for development.
