Commercial Manager (New Chilled Readymeal Start up)

ieat foods was founded by award winning entrepreneur Shazia Saleem. It was born out of frustration with the lack of quality, trust and variety in halal food; an issue widely shared by the UK’s 3m Muslim consumers. The ieat team have worked in partnership with some of Britain’s top development chefs to design an entire range of delicious, contemporary and convenient dishes. The range is now available in selected Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s, Asda and Morrison’s stores throughout the UK, and has featured in all the major national newspapers and BBC/ITN news.

ieat is already the market leader in chilled halal food with a strong pipeline of food innovation and retail expansion. We are now looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to help us develop our commercial strategy and drive sales growth through existing and new customer relationships.

They will be responsible for driving the commercial agenda in order to deliver effective category management and help to identify innovation opportunities, alongside managing and developing key relationships at all levels.

We are looking to hire someone who already has a proven and acknowledged personal brand within the Chilled Food/FMCG Category. A proactive, driven and ambitious leader who can help us build a long-term, growing and profitable business in order to fully realise the huge potential of this new category.
