We’re looking for new Sales Executives, based in a field sales role (looking after London, M4 or M40 Corridor.), to help drive our Out-of-Home Sales Team. As Field Sales Executive you’ll be rewarded with an attractive package and more importantly, you’ll be working with a range of products that will inspire you.

Our Opportunity

For the Field Sales Executive we’re looking for a passionate and driven sales professional who is able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which then Nespresso business operates. You’ll be able to rapidly identify and win new business, build strong relationships with new customers and develop & maintain existing client relationships. Ideally, you’ll have experience of working with large organisations within the FMCG sector, but we are happy to consider those from a different background who have the requisite skill-set.

You

For the Field Sales Executive you’ll be an experienced Sales Executive (or similar) with previous OUT OF HOME (direct sales) environment with broad commercial experience. You’ll be accustomed to creating a professional network and thrive on winning new business & meeting sales targets. We’ll need you to be responsive to timescales by following leads appropriately, liaise closely with the Nespresso boutiques and have a full driving license.

For the Field Sales Executive you’ll be motivated and driven, and looking for a brand that you can really get hold of as your own. We encourage independence and creativity, and you’ll be given as much responsibility as you can handle.

What you need to know

Nestlé has a strong benefits package which includes, for this Field Sales Executive role, a base salary of £26,000PA + OTE, a company car, a competitive pension, up to 5% bonus and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
