About this role

We’re currently looking to strengthen our Consumer Innovation team by appointing an accomplished Marketing Innovation specialist who will lead projects which last for generations and have a massive impact on the growth of the company and on the enrichment of consumers’ lives -  new brands, new ranges, new formats, new technologies.

With responsibilities spanning across the development of brand innovation roadmaps and consumer lead innovation propositions, project management and launch reviews you’ll be instrumental in shaping global Innovation strategy from early business case development through to optimisation of the opportunity and capital sign off.

Experience Required
     * Brand lead innovation or brand marketing experience in the FMCG sector
     * Experience of developing new products from strategy (pipeline development) to commercialisation and launch
     * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
     * A solid understanding of P&L structures

Qualifications:
     * Degree level qualification in Marketing or related subject
     * Professional marketing qualifications desirable
