Sales/ Commercial Director

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious FMCG/ B2B Manufacturer for a dynamic Sales/ Commercial Director- On Trade (i.e. Punch, Enterprise, M&B), great commission structure and basic salary!

Responsibilities:

• Driving the sales, commercial and marketing strategy for the business.
• Meeting the  sales financial objectives by forecasting; preparing an annual budget; initiating corrective actions; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances.
• Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
• Driving vision and accelerating the growth and market share.
• Leading the sales team.
• Maximise all opportunities across specialist channels.
• Developing and maintaining long lasting relationships at Director/ Board level, both internally and externally across different functions.

Candidate requirements:

• Background within On or Free Trade, B2B or FMCG.
• Strategic thinker with experience of creating long term strategic plans.
• Graduate Calibre.
• Natural leadership skills.
• Experience or knowledge of Category or Trade Marketing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good breadth of commercial awareness.
