This drinks business is one of the biggest brands in the market in which they operate. In a saturated market with a lot of competition they do well to hold their own against some of the biggest FMCG players in the UK. They’ve re-aligned their strategy recently and have an impressive growth plan in place to take the business to the next level. A household brand, they have a fantastic ATL marketing strategy which includes celebrity endorsements. They have created a new role within their sales team for a Trade Marketing Manager to help them achieve their growth targets.
As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will report to the Sales Director. This role will be pivotal in the success of the team, you will have a key role in creating and implementing trade presentations and all point of sale material. You will also be responsible for arranging the events calendar for the business to ensure the smooth running of all tactical activity. This is a highly visible role within the sales team and you must bridge the gap between the Sales and Marketing team.
You must have experience in Trade Marketing, ideally working for a branded FMCG business. Experience of working with PoS, tactical activity and trade presentations is key to success in this role. This is an office based role in the North West so access to this area is also important. You must be pro-active and ambitious, progression opportunities are plentiful whether you want to remain in trade marketing or try your hand at sales or even brand management.
