Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Business Unit Controller within an East Midlands based FMCG business.

The Business

Forming part of a multi-national food group, our client concentrates its UK operation out of the East of England. As one of the leaders in its field across Europe, this business focuses on the manufacturer and distribution of private label, chilled food across a variety of sectors.

The Role

Now seeking a homebased Business Unit Controller, this role will provide the autonomy and freedom for the right candidate to put their own stamp on a developing and exciting product area. Becoming responsible for, firstly, the total control of a varied account base, including the foodservice, B2B & retail sectors; and secondly the professional development and management of commercial team members.

The Individual

You will present distinct experience of working within a variety of customer sectors both in the UK & Europe; as well as, preferably, within private label and chilled food. Both tenacious and driven, you will not be phased by operating within a highly fast-paced & autonomous environment where you can excel your commercial career. Prior experience of using a 2nd European language in FMCG commercial discussions is desirable.
