About the Role:
We have an exciting and challenging Business Account Manager role working within the beverage industry whereby you will be responsible for the development, execution and management of a number of OOH accounts. The accounts cross the Leisure, Travel, Contact Catering and Out of Home channels with a 50/50 split on managing existing business and developing new opportunities.
The role has a high level of autonomy and is a good lead into more senior positions. You’ll be tasked with identifying opportunities and recommending actions to enhance margin and to grow the volume of the product. You will need to already be managing or have exposure to your own P&L and have negotiated at national buyer level.
About You:
We’re looking for people who really understand the FMCG area and we particularly want to hear from you if you’re already using your outstanding skills as a Regional Account Manager, National Account Executive or Business Development Manager in your current role – you may already be operating at this level or in a previous role, or perhaps you feel ready to step up. You will be a high performer and be able to evidence your successful impact on commercial performance.
To really stand out you’ll have a proven track record of sustained strong performance, and show how you have adapted to changing priorities in that time.
You must enjoying a challenge, and have an ambitious, positive “can do” attitude. You’ll be a good strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and excellent numeracy skills this is linked to great team working skills including cross functionally. Finally, you’ll be used to a high level of autonomy and to networking to achieve results.
