Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a National Account Manager within the North West based Holland’s Pies business.
The Business
As a division of a £3.6billion turnover food group, Holland’s Pies has established its synonymous brand as number 1 & 3 within both chilled and frozen categories. Now experiencing double digit growth and having secured the license to incorporate the likes of Guinness into their products, Holland’s is now embarking on a well-supported plan of expansion across the UK to take them forward into new consumer markets.
The Role
In order to accommodate and execute this growth strategy, the business now seeks a National Account Manager capable of managing multiple customers. Based out of Holland’s site in the North West, you will be working alongside a varied customer base to deliver strategically influenced brand, range and distribution plans.
The Individual
In this instance, the chosen candidate must demonstrate experience of previous FMCG National Account Management, preferably within Food and complemented by a full understanding of Joint Business Plans & P+L management. Unquestionably tenacious and driven by the prospect of delivering strong success within a brand with 75% category share in the North West and 25% nationally - you will be seeking the challenges offered within this role, which will enable you to achieve your longer term career objectives.
