Hudson James Human Capital Group are currently partnering with one of the largest food manufacturing businesses in the UK on a number of interesting opportunities. Our client is a diverse business who have relationships with a variety of retailers across the UK and Europe. They hold a strong reputation within the market as a leading household name and possess a strong brand presence within their category. They manufacture a variety of highly innovative food products and are category leaders when measured against their competitors.
They have ambitious plans for sustainable growth and we are looking to source a Business Development Manager who will be working alongside the Sales Controller, supporting on the Convenience and Impulse channel. It is essential that the successful candidate will have exposure to brands, ideally within the ambient food category.
Possessing strong negotiation skills and previous experience of influencing change, while building and maintaining relationships internally and externally you will be confident and approachable with an ability to engage with customers and peers at all levels. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a Business Development role with a strong commercial edge.
