Sheepdrove Organic Farm & Eco Conference Centre based at Lambourn, Berkshire is a high profile diverse organic country farming estate.  

We currently have a Butchers’ Shop in Maida Vale, run a home delivery box scheme, provide onsite accommodation and run a wide range of events at the Conference Centre and Education Centre.

We are looking to appoint an accomplished Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and generating new business across all the different enterprises within Sheepdrove.  

You will have previous experience of organising and managing sales activities as well as establishing sales objectives and goals.  

You will demonstrate the ability to analyse markets in order to identify new sales and business opportunities.

Ideally your previous experience will be in event sales or retail sales. 

The successful candidate will be commercially aware and performance focussed, demonstrating key knowledge of competitors.  

You will be responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing communications, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

We are looking for someone who is pro-active in their approach, has the ability to work to tight deadlines, possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.

 It’s very much a family atmosphere here at Sheepdrove working within a small dedicated team, therefore you will need to be a real team player with a hands on approach.
