A vacancy has a risen for a Regional Field Sales Manager in Bristol and surrounding areas, a key geographical region for Great Western Brewing Company.
We are looking for an individual with drive, energy and tenacity that can help support and grow our portfolio of ales in this area.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the management of emerging pub companies and routes to market. Experience in the drinks industry is desirable not essential. The culture of our company means that we naturally encourage excellence in people, this is a great opportunity for a person with independent sales techniques and confidence.
When you join us as a Field Sales Manager your responsibilities will be:
- Making regular visits to new and existing customers, promoting our product range and maximising sales within territory
- At all times, demonstrate best practice in every aspect of customer service
- Build and maintain a customer base within your territory, executing promotions and upselling our product range in line with company objectives, all the while supporting your customers’ businesses
- Deliver a passion for GWB brands.
- Building strong relationships with customers to drive sales and maximize growth via product placement and promotions.
Ideally you will have a strong academic background, a natural ability to build relationships with customers and sound commercial awareness. You will have experience of working in targeted sales environment, whether that be recruitment sales, telesales, field sales, bar management and more!
