If you look around your kitchen we’re sure you will be using at least one of our products!

Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for an experienced, passionate & ambitious Regional Account Manager to join our team, and manage a varied account portfolio including Wholesale/Distributors, Independents & Regional Multiples delivering a multimillion turnover throughout the Midlands, North, Wales & East Anglia

Reporting to the Channel Manager who heads up a team of 4 including 2 other RAMs and 1 NAM, your key purpose is to maximise sales, distribution and profitability within your defined geographical area by optimising business from existing customers and by developing new outlets for our products.

You must already have a proven track record of working within a field sales capacity either in related product category or FMCG / consumer durables. Your key assets are being able to develop excellent relationships with your customers and with internal colleagues, and being able to negotiate with different types of customer.  You will be comfortable with journey planning, able to work with different computer systems, and possess a head for figures.  Ideally, you will be based in the Midlands which will give you good access to both the head office in Windsor and all accounts in the patch.

You will be joining an experienced sales department of 15 that is structured into 3 different channels (driven by customer type), with Ireland also having its own dedicated team.  Each sector is lead by a Channel Manager and is supported by National Account Managers and/or Regional Account Managers who in turn each have specific account responsibilities.  As part of the overall commercial approach, the sales function work collaboratively with the UK marketing team & supply chain team in order to succeed, and continue the significant growth experienced over the last 5 years.
