Our client is a highly successful and growing fashion retailer and is currently seeking to appoint a number of Area Managers across the South East.

Position

• Deliver sales and profit targets by leading a strong team to achieve outstanding customer service and improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide inspirational leadership to direct reports and others in the store. Pro-actively seek out talent and take an active role in its onward development. Work closely with relevant individuals to develop them to next generation management.
• Deliver retail operations policy, setting an exceptional standard of basic disciplines across the store, covering areas including store presentation, back of shop housekeeping, space planning and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience and a track record of success within a well regarded fashion retailer is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated and results focused with the energy and sense of urgency necessary to set a tough pace and deliver. 
• Demonstrable leadership skills with previous success of developing others to greater challenges. 
• Commercially astute with a proven track record of managing, leading and developing top and bottom line results.
