Logitech National Field Account Manager

Full Time, Permanent role

Working: Monday to Friday, with flexibility at peak times

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependant on experience and skills) + Company Car + Fuel Card + up to 15% bonus opportunity

Territory: National

You will be working for REL Field marketing to fulfil the role of National Field Account Manager on our Logitech team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing, training, developing a team of 7 Retail Sales Executives  and 1 product trainer
  • Lead the field Team, instilling a passion for performance & achievement and driving ROI for Logitech
  • Client interaction and customer service excellence
  • Develop team operating standards – use insight from the field & collected data to drive best practice ways of working and continuous improvement in team operations
  • To embed and champion our clients values and RELs people promise principles across the team
  • To ensure company standard operating systems are embedded across all teams
  • Reporting data and competitor analysis
  • Identifying client and business opportunities to add value to services provided

You will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years people management experience, managing a field team.
  • The ability to demonstrate the skills to be a credible leader who will inspire, drive, actively manages, and develops the team. 
  • Previously worked with/in retail and be technologically savvy
  • Experience with data capture and reporting
  • Bring ideas and challenge current thinking to better the account and field delivery.
  • Ideally this person has a technical background and has had account management experience.
  • Held a full, manual UK (or European) driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
  • A passion for completing all tasks to the highest standard and be driven by results
  • Very strong relationship building skills and pride yourself in your ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload
